Dr. Mahendra Kumar Singh is a renowned Professor of Sports Psychology in the Department of Sports Psychology at Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education ( Under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports), Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Presently he is also having additional responsibility of Controller of Examination, LNIPE, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
He is engaged in teaching since more than last 31 Years; out which more than 19 years in teaching & research at Postgraduate & Ph.D. Level. Prof. Singh has numerous Administrative Experiences such as Former Incharge Registrar, LNIPE, Gwalior; Former Dean Academics, LNIPE, Gwalior, Former Dean Sport Sciences, LNIPE, Gwalior, Former Dean Physical Education and Applied Areas, Former HOD, Department of Sport Psychology, LNIPE, Gwalior. Prof. Singh has Authored Five Books on different subjects of Physical Education & Sports; and has published More than 50 Research Papers in International/National Journals. He has presented more than 35 papers at International/National Level Conference/Seminars. Beside all above he has many other Academic and Administrative Experiences at different University/ Higher Educational Level. Prof. Singh has Successfully Guided Ten Ph.D Scholars and three at present doing Ph.D. under his supervision. Presently Dr Mahendra Kumar Singh is the Finance Secreatry of Sports Psychology Association of India.
